2.2 Require the Git verifier to reject temporary links and missing runtime files and to exercise the installed launcher offline; verify the actual canonical v0.1.1 tag passes without contacting the shared App Server
2.3 Add packed-artifact verification and pack:verified; verify the 0.1.1 tarball contains exactly package metadata, documentation, license, launcher, and the two compiled runtime files and its installed executable reaches the invocation contract
3. Documentation and Release
3.1 Document the canonical Gogs URL, symbolic-HEAD preflight, immutable tag-or-commit selection, normal global install, upgrade, rollback, removal, PATH verification, unchanged CODEX_PATH, and shared-server lifecycle boundary; verify documentation tests match package metadata
3.2 Run typecheck, all tests, runtime freshness, package verification, whitespace checks, and strict OpenSpec validation; verify the complete release tree passes on Node 24/npm 11
3.3 Commit and push the release to both remotes, create annotated tag v0.1.1, configure Gogs HEAD -> main, and verify both tags peel to commit fc1fd48525f6d664b6ac4c236c04931001cf01ad
3.4 Install the canonical v0.1.1 Git revision through the normal Node 24 global prefix and verify version 0.1.1, real-directory storage, PATH resolution, offline invocation, clean repository state, and the unchanged shared App Server listener on 127.0.0.1:4500
