## 2. Git and Tarball Verification

- [x] 2.1 Add an immutable Git-package verifier using lifecycle-free installation, a dedicated cache, and an isolated global prefix; verify invalid inputs do not expose credentials and a disposable prebuilt revision passes
- [x] 2.2 Require the Git verifier to reject temporary links and missing runtime files and to exercise the installed launcher offline; verify the actual canonical `v0.1.1` tag passes without contacting the shared App Server
- [x] 2.3 Add packed-artifact verification and `pack:verified`; verify the `0.1.1` tarball contains exactly package metadata, documentation, license, launcher, and the two compiled runtime files and its installed executable reaches the invocation contract

## 3. Documentation and Release
